Paul's experience includes working on transactions from $50 million to $40 billion. Paul has previously worked in PwC's M&A practice and Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement practice. Paul has a BSBA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
Over the years, Paul has established relationships with seasoned resources from some of the largest corporate mergers in various industries. Like Paul, many of these resources have vast experience and have provided significant contributions on M&A integrations as independent contractors.
